Mrs. Jolie Crow, Principal

Mrs. Crow is a dedicated educator with a strong academic background and a passion for fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Kansas State University and two Master’s degrees from Emporia State University, one in Special Education and another in Building Administration.

With extensive experience across various educational settings, Mrs. Crow has worked in the general education classroom and middle school special education. She also served as a district-level special education consulting teacher for Topeka Public Schools for five years, where she provided guidance and support to both teachers and students.

Mrs. Crow's journey with Quincy Elementary has been particularly meaningful. After serving as Dean of Students at Quincy, she further honed her leadership skills as the Assistant Principal at Whitson. Returning to Quincy as Principal has been a privilege, as it has always felt like home to her.

As Principal, Mrs. Crow is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all families and students. She believes in meeting families where they are, providing the support they need, and ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive. Her door is always open, and she looks forward to working collaboratively with the Quincy community to achieve educational excellence.
